Another project in cooperation between Hamilton Asset Management and the investor NREP is Lett Markowska, a facility located in Warsaw's Praga district, where our team has already been successful in the commercialization of similar facilities in the PRS segments.
Lett Markowska is an investment consisting of three residential buildings, offering a total of 179 residential units. Functional layouts include studios with an area between 26 to 35 m2 and apartments with separate bedrooms with an area of 30 to 45 m2. Key selling point in this buildings operating under the Lett brand is a co-working zone created in response to the needs of tenants and available for all tenants under their residential lease agreements. The estate will be fenced and monitored, which will increase the safety of its tenants.
