Vonder Europe entrusted the Hamilton Group with the rental management of its PRS investments in Warsaw.
The investor independently uses some channels for finding tenants. However, they recognized the significant added value in engaging an experienced partner who provides rental services through an agency with a solid position.
As a result, the Hamilton Group successfully leases apartments in the Vonder’s Upriver investment in Powiśle and the Doubios project in the city center.
